I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. We booked a tatami room but had a pretty disappointing experience with the bathroom situation. The staff was welcoming and took care of us during check-in, but running into another guest in our supposed private bathroom was very unsettling and disappointing.
